Nisa AI for Recruiting
The candidate who signed somewhere else.
Nisa answers every applicant while they still remember applying, keeps the state of every open role in one place, and drafts the reply for you to approve.
Nisa lives in Slack, WhatsApp and iMessage.

You
@Nisa where do we stand on the backend role?
Nisa
- hiring · 11 applicants
- gmail · applications
- calendar
Eleven applicants, and the number that matters is three: three have been waiting on us for more than four days, which is the point where people accept elsewhere. Two of them made it past the first read. Drafts for both are ready, and the third is a decline I have written but not sent.
You
show me the decline first
Nisa
Ready to send to 1 recipient from your mailbox. It says no, says why in one line, and does not pretend there is a future role. Read it before you click.
What changes
Same day
every applicant gets an answer
Not an auto-reply. A real answer drafted from what they actually sent, waiting for one click from you.
Four days
is the number she watches
The role does not stay open because nobody applied. It stays open because a good answer went out late.
One place
the state of every open role
Who is where, who is waiting on us, and what was decided about each one. Readable and correctable, because it is files.
These are the targets we hold Nisa to, not an average across customers. Each one below says how to check it against your own numbers.
Check it yourself. For your last ten hires and near-misses, measure the days between an application and your first real reply. That distribution is the thing this moves.
Three jobs to hand over first
Every weekday
Nobody waits more than a day
Every new application read, summarised against the role, and answered with a draft that is waiting for your approval before you have finished your coffee.
Weekly
The state of every role
One message: where each candidate stands, who is blocked on us, and which role has stopped moving.
After every interview
Write it down while it is warm
Notes turned into a decision and a next step, filed where the next person to look will find it.
It reaches the tools you already run on
- Gmail Applications
- Google Calendar Interviews
- Google Docs Notes
- Notion Roles
- Google Sheets Trackers
- Slack Where it lands
Plus 3,000+ more. Nisa only reaches what you connect, and you can revoke any of it.
Autonomous, not unsupervised
Nothing leaves without you, character for character
Every outbound message stops at a card in Slack showing the full text, with approve or edit-and-approve. What you approve is what arrives. Nothing is appended, trimmed or re-generated after you press the button.
A private source answers you privately
A connection or a part of your brain can be marked sensitive. Nisa still reads it, but the answer goes to you as a card in a DM instead of into the shared thread. The rule is enforced by the answer never being staged there, not by asking a model to keep a secret.
Built in the EU, by a German company
Practible AI UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Hamburg. GDPR is the floor we build to, and your data never trains a model. You can read, correct and delete anything Nisa knows about your company, because it is a set of files and not a set of weights.
