Questions people actually ask
Why credits and not a seat price?
Because the work is not the same size every time. A question you ask once a month and a job that reads two hundred emails every morning should not cost the same, and you should not buy a seat for someone who talks to Nisa twice. You pay for what she does, not for who is allowed to reach her.
Does adding people cost more?
No. Everyone in your workspace can give Nisa work and they all draw from the same balance. Adding your whole team changes nothing on the bill.
What is a credit?
One unit of the model cost behind a task. Each kind of action has its own fixed price, and those prices differ a lot between them: a scheduled run and a conversation are not the same amount of work. The current list is in the documentation, and your invoice always carries the prices you were actually charged.
Does a model change my price?
No. A credit is tied to a countable action, not to a token, so a faster or cheaper model behind the scenes moves our margin and never your price.
Do unused credits roll over?
Not today. Monthly credits are for that month. We would rather say so here than build a promise the billing cannot keep yet.
Is there an annual discount?
Not today. The larger monthly packs buy volume at the same flat rate rather than a discount, which is the shape this category has settled on.
What happens when the balance runs out?
Scheduled Skills stop and Nisa tells you in the channel. She does not silently skip a morning and let you assume it ran, and nothing is added to your bill on its own.
What does not cost anything?
Reading your own company brain, opening a report she already produced, correcting a fact, and rejecting an approval card. A Skill that could not start because a connection was missing costs nothing either: you are never charged for work that did not happen.
