Basic account metadata (creation date, plan, status)
C) App usage data (desktop app)
We process limited technical data necessary to run the app and maintain security, including:
App version and device type
Crash logs and error diagnostics
Basic usage metrics (e.g., number of sessions, feature usage events)
D) Screenshots (required for functionality)
To enable core functionality, our desktop app may capture screenshots of your screen to understand on-screen context and provide assistance.

We do not provide humans routine access to your personal screenshots.
We do not sell screenshots or screen content.
We use screenshots only to deliver the Service.
We implement measures to minimize data:
We only capture what is needed for functionality
We use secure transmission and storage controls
Access is restricted to systems required to provide the Service
(See Section 6 for more detail.)
E) AI conversations (text & voice)
We process your input (text and voice) and the AI’s outputs to provide the Service.
We distinguish between:
Free tier: We may use anonymous, aggregated metadata (e.g., feature usage patterns, performance metrics) to improve the Service.
We do not use personal content or screenshots to train models.
Pro tier: We offer Full Privacy Mode, where no metadata is used to train or improve the AI or the Service.
We do not train third-party foundation models on your personal content unless explicitly disclosed, and we provide an opt-out where required.
2) What we do NOT collect
We do not intentionally collect:
Sensitive categories of personal data (e.g., health, biometrics, political opinions)
Payment card data (if payments are processed by a payment provider, they handle card data)
Your private files, images, or passwords as a separate data category
If you choose to share sensitive information in your prompts, you do so voluntarily.
3) Why we process data (purposes)
We process data for:
Providing and operating the Service
Authentication and account management

4) Legal bases (GDPR)
Depending on the context, our processing relies on:
Performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) — to provide the Service

Consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) — where required (e.g., analytics cookies)

5) PostHog analytics (website & onboarding tracking)
We use PostHog to:
Track website visits
Track onboarding progress (screens shown, button clicks)

We configure analytics to focus on product events, not message content.
Processor relationship: PostHog and other service providers may process personal data on our behalf under contractual safeguards (e.g., Data Processing Agreements), where required.

Screenshots may be captured to enable context-aware assistance and deliver relevant AI responses.
Access controls
Access is restricted to systems necessary to provide the Service.
We do not grant routine human access to screenshots.
We do not sell screenshot data or use it for advertising profiles.

Free tier: only anonymous/aggregated metadata may be used to improve performance and reliability; screenshot content is not used for training.
